Information concerning the export

Hereby, we would like to summarize the conditions designed for the export of our products. In case that you want to carry on trade with the products in question, the following sections will be very useful for you. The information are designed exclusively for businessmen, exporters and importers. Export within EU

In order to meet the requirements of all the official regulations you must have, no matter where within EU, a TAX WAREHOUSE of your own or a hired one. Each of such warehouses has a number of its own, assigned by customs officers. Please, send us, namely by e-mail (absint@absint.cz) the goods order, a copy of your trade licence and the number of the tax warehouse or a copy confirming the existence of such a warehouse, including the exact address and telephone number.

By return, we will make out and send you an invoice, which you will pay either directly in our bank or we can send you the goods cash on delivery. The terms of the dispatch depend on the transportation and on the payment of the invoice.

In some cases, stipulated by law, there is included the 19% VAT in the price of the goods. However, it will be refunded to you by your tax administration, as usual in accountancy.

Export outside EU

We do not need any tax warehouse.

We need to obtain a copy of your trade licence, the order, exact address, to which the goods are to be forwarded and, if possible, the name of the border crossing used for the departure from EU.

Transportation of the goods

Every customer provides for the transportation by itself. The realization of small consignments is more advantageous with the help of forwarding firms usually working within EU safely and without any problems.

As soon as you place an order of the goods transportation, you have to send us, immediately, the address, telephone number and the e-mail address of the forwarder. Any and all other steps will be agreed by us and you will be informed on the progress of the matter.

In case that you have no experience with the transportation, you can address a very experienced company providing not only a perfect service, but also very favourable prices.

Certification of the products

Every country has specifications of its own. In some cases, there are problems as for the hemp leaf on the Cannabis bottles, in other cases there are other problems there. However, everything can be solved after an agreement with us. We have highly experienced graphic specialists at disposal, who will try to meet all and any of your requirements. Usually, our certificates, which you can get here, are sufficient.

Samples of goods

Unfortunately, in terms of the first contact with you, we are not able to find out whether the person, who contacted us, really shows interest in carrying trade with our products or whether such a person is a common customer.

If you are a new firm desiring to get any samples, you must order with the help of our absinth shop.

At the very moment of your start of the trading with us, we will refund you the money you spent on the samples and, moreover, you will get a 2% discount from the total order in relation with the first order.

However, the condition of the first-order discount is the ordering of the samples via our above-cited shop.
